A specialist Mechanical Building Support Services provider to the built environment are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join their expanding service department supporting a number of contracts across both the commercial & industrial sector throughout Central Scotland on a full time permanent basis.
Due to being a specialist within their industry, our client has approved agent status for various manufacturers to which all manufacturer training is provided and encouraged.
You will be responsible for carrying out servicing, fault finding, maintenance and repairs to a wide range of appliances including boilers, burners, air & water heaters, gas fired AHU s etc. across both the commercial & industrial sector.
Essential requirements:
- Served recognised apprenticeship
- ACS Commercial Gas qualified
- Highly skilled in all aspects of commercial gas servicing and repair work
- Good problem-solving skills
- Able to demonstrate a strong focus on customer care combined with excellent communication skills
- Full UK Drivers Licence
- Willing to contribute to working overtime
- Undergo relevant Disclosure/CRB checks
