We are actively looking for an Operations Manager (Heating and Electrical) to join a Housing Association in the Birmingham area.

As the Gas and Electric Operations Manager, you will receive:

As the Gas and Electric Operations Manager, you will be:

• Leading on Statutory, operational delivery, contractual and approved codes of practice across all matters of heating and electrical functions of the business including testing & servicing programmes, Installations, upgrades, reactive & responsive repairs across the group
• Manage contractors engaged to deliver services to residents to the requirements of the relevant policies and procedures
• The role will lead on all aspects of management responsibilities within the DLO heating and electrical department
• Managing supervisors and direct line of operational stall including heating engineers and electricians, providing direct service delivery

Gas and Electric Operations Manager experience / qualifications:

• Experience working within in social housing or construction setting
• Knowledge of up to date legislations
• Full UK valid driving license
• Relevant Gas or Electric qualification
