What we require:
- Previous experience in providing skilled or semi-skilled service within the hospitality industry, preferably in electrical, mechanical, plumbing and decoration.
- Carrying out daily checks on catering kitchen equipment
- Repair and maintenance of catering kitchen equipment
- Carrying out weekly to maintain compliance with Health and Safety, Fire Alarm Test and Emergency Light Test.
- Have knowledge of Information Technology.
- Coordinate with third-party contractors, good communication skills both written and oral.
- Provide support and perform other duties.
Qualifications:
1. NVQ Level 3 Electrical Diploma with 17th or 18th Edition BS7671 and Commercial Gas Safe Engineer.
2. Knowledge of Catering Equipment both Electric and Gas-operated machines like fryers, Grills, Cookers and Refrigeration Equipment.
3. Knowledge of Mechanical aspects like HVAC and Plumbing.
4. Basic knowledge of Decorating internal and external.
