Experience Required:

Full and varied, end-to-end experience as a HR Generalist
Demonstrable experience leading a high volume, transactional HR team
Strong people leadership, with the ability to lead a team of HR Administrators
Experience in a Shared Services environment preferred
Knowledge of current UK employment law and codes of practice
A track record of demonstrating confidence and ability to deliver
Experience of a multi-disciplined, matrix environment
Experience of working to strict deadlines and managing a busyworkload

Excellent written and oral communications
Ability to multi-task and prioritise accuracy
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to produce letters and document to a high standard
Ability to relate to colleagues in all positions

Highly articulate, confident and dynamic personality
Strong level of IT skills, particularly Word, Excel and highly analytical with the ability to manipulate data

Well organised with the ability to prioritise work to deadlines and underpressure
Ability to work in a team and individually, using own initiative
Self-motivated, proactive and flexible, with the ability to adapt to changes to work schedules
Good numeracy and literacy skills
