Responsibilities: As the Installations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the installation of gas barrier and waterproofing systems on various construction projects. Your role will involve:
Project Planning and Coordination:
- Collaborate with project teams to develop comprehensive installation plans.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of gas barrier and waterproofing systems into base structures.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of gas barrier and waterproofing system technologies.
- Provide technical guidance to installation teams and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the installation process.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee the highest standards of installation.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with industry regulations and project specifications.
- Lead and motivate installation teams to achieve project milestones within established timelines.
- Provide training and mentorship to ensure the continuous development of the installation team.

- Address client concerns and maintain positive relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing installations of gas barrier and waterproofing systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of relevant materials and construction methods.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
