White Label are excited to be working with a specialist engineering business in their search for an Internal Sales Engineer to join their busy team during an exciting period of growth.


As the Internal Sales Engineer, you will support the sales team in identifying capital equipment for projects and prepare technical proposals for installation and commissioning.


The Role:

  • Prepare comprehensive technical-commercial proposals for capital projects, encompassing installation and commissioning procedures
  • Assist the sales team by providing technical specifications for capital equipment - vacuums & blowers
  • Provide technical support for vacuum/Blower applications
  • Accompany the sales team on customer site visits when required
  • Generate energy audit reports to enhance commercial proposals

Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in presenting technical proposals to customers
  • Ensure the sales team arebriefed on the technical aspects of each quotation
  • Prepare technical quotations
  • Collaborate with suppliers to correctly specify equipment
  • Handle customer inquiries both technically and commercially
  • Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records and enter data into the CRM system

The person:

  • Knowledge of compressed air/gas or vacuum systems
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles in sales and service.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare technical proposals.
  • Proficient in PC operations, including ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Office.
