Assisting the O&G Sector Leader in day to day administration within the team. You will be first point of contact, liaising with customers and suppliers on a regular basis.

Main Duties:
Processing orders via ERP system
Preparing quotations
Internal Administration – raising part number, back to back requests, made to stock requests etc
Taking enquiries over the telephone and fielding to correct Sector
Customer report preparation and generation
Requirements and prospects

Essential Skills/Experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Smart appearance
Ability to take ownership within the role, with the desire to succeed

Desirable Skills/Experience:
Ideally some experience of face to face or telephone customer service
