To work within the process optimisation group, taking full ownership of the established processes running in production within a designated area. This will include covering the technical start-up of existing processes providing supervision, guidance, issuing of instructions, monitoring performance, process training, and provide technical input and advice to the manufacturing plant. The role will also involve working to deliver improvements to yield, quality and throughput of existing processes, using a range of skills and knowledge, from lab work to statistical analysis of plant data.
Education/Qualification Required Essential:
Chemistry Degree with experience as a chemist in a fine chemical industry role Desirable: Experience in project management and taking products into manufacturing. Also experience in training others would be beneficial.
