About theRole
We're looking for anexperienced Air Conditioning and Refrigeration ServicesEngineer.
As a member of the Facilities team,you will proactively support the Facilities leadership team in alloperational aspects of air conditioning andrefrigeration. This role supports the entireresort and at times will require you to work with internal andexternal service providers, The work will also involve planned andun-planned work across the estate. You will be tasked withperforming planned and reactive service, breakdown andfault-finding tasks to both air conditioning and refrigerationsystems.
You will be undertaking plannedand reactive service & maintenance of equipment using your ownexperience and initiative operating in a professional environment,keeping guest & back of house areas maintained so everythingabout us is safe and secure at all times, ensuring safeenvironments and working practices are maintained at alltimes.
All work carried out by yourself and the teamwhether planned or reactive are required to be finished to a highprofessional level with minimum disruption to our Guests. Goodclear communication with the leadership team is essential to ensurea smooth working environment and as little disruption to our guestsas possible.
Relevant tools and equipmentare all provided. Typical working hours cover five days over sevenshift pattern that includes weekends and evenings attimes.
AboutYou
You should be able todemonstrate experience in working in a maintenance environmentwithin a refrigeration or air conditioning specialism. We wouldconsider a current recognised F Gasqualification, a City and Guilds 2079 or CITB J11 Certificate inSafe Handling of Refrigerants or similar industry recognisedqualifications. If you have heating, ventilation and airconditioning (HVAC) Part P Electrical or City &Guilds thEdition (or industry recognisedqualifications)
You should hold a vaild full UKdriving licence and experience working on a variety of systems,including but not limited to Mitsubishi, Fujijsu, Hitachi, Toshiba,Daikin would be desirable.
You will have the ability to prioritise work andwork to deadlines and have working knowledge and experience ofrelevant regulations and H&Sprocedures.
You should have goodcommunication skills and take pride in detailed record keeping. Youshould hold a professional and positive approach at all times inthe working environment and enjoy working both as part of a teamand individually.
