- Sales experience is a plus (not mandatory).

Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant:
- Network to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Utilize headhunting techniques to attract top talent.
- Evaluate and identify promising CVs.
- Craft compelling job advertisements.
- Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the process.
- Negotiate and finalise job offers.
- Reap the rewards of uncapped commission.

The Package:
- Location: London
- 1st Year OTE: £24,000 (basic salary) - £40,000
- 2nd Year OTE: £40,000 - £70,000
- 3rd Year OTE: £70,000 - £100,000
