Exciting Opportunity: Gas Industry Site Supervisor - Energy Projects

Are you a seasoned professional in Gas industry projects, ready to take on a pivotal role as a Site Supervisor? Our client is actively seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join their dynamic team. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and ensuring the success of multidiscipline projects, with a specific emphasis on pipeline and/or Compressor Station/AGI experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight: Lead the on-site execution of multidiscipline Gas industry projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Safety Compliance: Demonstrate and uphold EUSR SHEA Gas Competency, supervising construction activities to maintain site standards and conducting risk assessments.
Team Leadership: Utilise supervisory management training to lead and motivate on-site personnel, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Quality Assurance: Implement measures to guarantee the maintenance of high workmanship standards, overseeing the completion of quality records and addressing process capability.
Problem Solving: Proactively troubleshoot issues, prepare and review RAMS for site activities, and contribute to the resolution of construction challenges.
Cost Management: Control costs related to manpower, materials, plant, vehicles, damages, and thefts, contributing to efficient project delivery.
Client Liaison: Engage with the client's site operatives, addressing technical audits, and adopting best practices to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Requirements:
EUSR SHEA Gas Competency: Demonstrate expertise and compliance with gas industry standards.
Supervisory Management Training: Showcase leadership skills through supervisory management training.
CSCS Managers Card: Certification in CSCS management to maintain industry standards.
IOSH / SMSTS: Possess health and safety qualifications for effective project supervision.
Willingness to Travel: Ready to travel weekly, contributing to project success.
Full UK Driving License: Mobility is essential; hold a valid UK driving license.
First Aider: Certification in first aid for the safety of the team and stakeholders.
Temporary Works Coordinator/Supervisor (Desirable): Additional qualification to enhance your profile.
CDM Awareness: Understand Construction (Design and Management) regulations.
NEC 3&4 Contract Experience (Desirable): Familiarity with NEC contracts for effective project management.
Fire Warden (Desirable): Additional certification contributing to site safety.
