What you'll be doing
Leading the planning team responsible for the delivery of all planning activities to include Maintenance, LP rotary exchanges, Siteworks labour requests, Aged callouts, Customer Service labour requests, Gas Emergency cover. Delivered on site through our RPT engineers.
To ensure maximum productivity of RPT labour resource through financially-effective and environmentally-conscious diary management.
Ensuring the service level agreements are achieved and maintained through effective management of workload and resources.
Liaising with Customers, Suppliers and Installers to ensure a seamless project life-cycle process.
Monitoring day-to-day project activities and corresponding resourcing.
Weekly performance reporting, in accordance with SLA's
Developing relationships with existing and new customers and service providers
Managing resource conflicts.
Monitoring and managing the performance and development of the team
Monitoring and managing the quality outputs of the team in relation to customer interaction
Managing the delivery process to ensure all aspects of planning are delivered on time, within budget
Ensuring key customer contact points (within the process) are maintained (and documented) to ensure the required level of customer service is being delivered
Establishing effective working relationships with supply chain partners and manage the relationship to ensure mutual commercial gain
Who you are
To be considered for this position you will have at least one to two year's previous experience managing a team ideally within a multi utility business, you will need to be an excellent communicator and have the ability to work on your own initiative to support and drive the team to achieve company targets.
