My client is looking for Support Engineers to serve as frontline technical resources for customers and partners via phone, email or web.
Using your experience in Microsoft 365, you'll collaboratively and reactively solve customer problems, providing proactive support advice, contributing to product quality and enhancements.
You will be part of a team responsible for providing an outstanding technical support experience to business customers.
CONTRACT
Hybrid (2/3 days a week on-site in Belfast)
18 month, PAYE contract
Salary Equivalent - DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES
Problem identification to full resolution
Responsible for the customer support experience
Own, troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues, using collaboration, troubleshooting best practices and transparency within and across teams
Identify cases that require escalation
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Knowledge and demonstrated technical proficiency in Microsoft 365
Technical support experience investigating complex issues relating to performance, administration, site configuration and customization.
Strong knowledge of Office Setup & Deployment process.
Understanding Office integration with different platforms: Windows, 3rd party network shares/OS, mobiles, SharePoint, OneDrive
