We are looking to recruit an experienced Works Coordinator to work in the Knowsley region.
This is a full time position to help us manage contract requirements for a range of jobs including handling calls, scheduling a range of works and managing the customer and client relationships.
Validating each job to ensure the required information is available, you will ensure that all regulatory information is updated and logged and must log real time status update to the relevant systems. Rescheduling jobs that fall out of programme and prioritising and scheduling backfill and reinstatement tasks, you must provide an efficient and flexible response to operational issues, in order to maintain levels of service delivery and programme works in line with contract specific requirements and engineer and supervisor capabilities and timescales.
With a good level of education and previous call handling / scheduling experience, candidates must be capable of operating a computerised data base system and demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to manage change.
