Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the business with Quality Management System maintenance ensuring continued compliance to ISO 9001
• Supporting the business with product and process improvement and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensuring product traceability as prescribed by the above QMS and product regulatory standards.
• Working with third parties and customers to deal with complaints and suppler non-conformances & complaints.
