PAS Capital is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant with experience in the energy sector!

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for the office and the company
• Analyse, monitor, and deliver on key metrics and KPIs for the branch
• Follow market trends and development, translating these into a market plan for your desk
• Meet with clients face-to-face to identify opportunities and qualify the requirements of roles
• Discuss the roles and responsibilities of jobs with candidates, ensuring that they understand their assignment

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a recruitment consultant or senior recruitment consultant
• In-depth knowledge of recruiting processes and methodologies
• Knowledge of the energy sector, particularly oil and gas, renewables, mining, or engineering
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities
• Good decision-making and problem-solving skills
