As a refrigeration specialist you will work across numerous sites within the M25 showcasing your technical ability, diagnosing and repair ongoing issues, achieve a high first fix rate and identifying and resolving ongoing problems
Responsibilities:
- As a refrigeration specialist you will work a field-based role within the M25, focusing on planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
- The role will involve you using your technical knowledge to diagnose and repair ongoing issues
- As a Refrigeration Specialist you will reduce call volumes through proactive troubleshooting and system optimization.
- You will provide technical advice to engineers for ongoing issues and will mentor apprentices and support colleagues to enhance team capabilities.
- As a Refrigeration Engineer you will use advanced software tools to interrogate refrigeration systems (Danfoss, Carel, RDM).
- You will lead seasonal and field projects assigned by the Managing Engineer.
- As a Refrigeration Specialist you will work a 1in4 on call rota
Candidate:
- As a Refrigeration Specialist you must hold relevant qualifications (C&G F-Gas 2079, recognized apprenticeship).
- you must have proven experience with CO2 systems, packs, heat pumps, and A/C technology.
- Strong technical skills, including IT proficiency for programming advanced systems.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach to solving complex refrigeration challenges.
