RedRock Recruitment require an experienced Mobile Engineer (MEP) for a permanent role, based in Loughton, Essex. Applicants MUST hold a clean driving license, 18th edition & gas safe.

Duites will include

• Carrying out repairs and preventative maintenance to all building services, both mechanical and electrical systems as well as ad hoc maintenance duties.
• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures
• Install, repair and maintain electrical systems in commercial and domestic settings.
• Maintain accurate records of all preventative maintenance and repair work carried out and report any substandard or defective equipment
• Ability to diagnose and complete first time fix on M&E equipment to a high standard
• Perform scheduled maintenance service on building services systems (M&E)
• Ensure all installations, repairs and maintenance meet the requirements of the appropriate codes & environmental standards
• Escort specialist contractors and work beside them as required
• Servicing and installation of different types of AC systems (i.e. Cassettes, Wall Mounts, Ducted systems, AHU & VRV s, etc) and electrical systems (i.e. Schneider, ProLogic lighting etc)
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out recommended repairs
• Carrying out a variation of tasks throughout the day in different areas.
• Ensuring work vehicle is kept clean and tidy at all times
• Communication is key with our office team on a daily basis as and when required.
