• A globally recognised Facilities Management and Technical Services provider.
• This role will provide you with opportunities for training, development, progression, and internal promotions.

Your new role

• Working on a portfolio of mobile contracts along the M25.
• Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of Air Conditioning equipment including Splits, Multi Splits, VRVs and VRFs
• Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)
• 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Vehicle and Fuel Card is provided
• 1 in 7/8 Call Out - paid at £150 standby

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment
• Relevant qualifications required e.g., FGAS & ODS regs, time served apprenticeship.
• Capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces as well as a willingness.
