Commercial Gas Engineer
Department: Maintenance
Salary Range: 45,000 - 50,000 per annum
Location: South East (Bristol/Somerset)

Role Overview:
- Full-time permanent position (42.5 hours per week, plus overtime)
- Conduct planned and reactive maintenance across various commercial properties
- Collaborate with the helpdesk to manage work orders
- Handle minor installations and maintenance tasks across multiple sites
- Maintain compliance paperwork and report diligently
- Prioritise quality and service in a customer-focused environment
- Ensure all tasks meet the highest standards of workmanship and safety
- Availability for out-of-hours callouts and occasional weekend work
- Collaborate with both project and planned/reactive maintenance teams
Required Skills:
- Recognised domestic and commercial gas qualifications, including but not limited to:
- Commercial CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1/1A (catering and laundry experience preferred)
- Domestic: CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1
- Proficiency in RAMS & PTW procedures
- Manufacturer training is advantageous
- Familiarity with renewable energy is a plus
- Experience in dynamic and reactive maintenance roles
