Commercial Gas Engineer required for our client who are a successful HVAC Contractor based in Surrey, who operate throughout the South. They are now looking for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer.
The Commercial Gas Engineer will need to have a high level of experience within service repair and maintenance on commercial sized boilers and heating appliances. The Commercial Gas Engineer will also be carrying out work, on associate equipment within the plant-rooms, e.g. pumps, booster sets etc. The engineer will travel around a range of commercial sites, ranging from Schools, Offices and high end residential buildings (working on communal plant-rooms). The main area of work, would be within London, although the client does hold contracts, in other areas outside the M25, around the Surrey and Hampshire areas.
The Commercial Gas Engineer will need to have valid in date ACS commercial ticket such as COCN1 or CODNCO1. The commercial gas engineers would ideally have 5+ years' experience carrying out servicing and repair works on commercial heating systems.
Commercial Gas Engineer Position Requirements
- 5+ Years' experience within the commercial gas industry
- ACS Commercial qualifications such as COCN1 or CODNCO1
- Based within the M25, ideally
- Full UK Driving license
Commercial Gas Engineer Position Remuneration
- Basic Salary £50,000 to £55,000 depending on experience
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Working hours 8am to 5pm
- Company van and fuel card, with personal use.
- Overtime at additional rates
- Call out rota - 1 in 10 weeks (£100 standby bonus, minimum 4 hours pay per call out)
