Contracts Manager - Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have proven managerial or supervisory experience gained within the Building services Gas Maintenance market.
- Account management and communication skills are key.
- Computer literate, able to use CAFM software to produce reports and quotations either by spreadsheets or other format electronically for clients is Essential
- Project management experience on installations would also be desirable
This role would suit a General Manager, Contracts Manager, Technical Manager, Regional Manager, Business Unit Manager, Operations Manager, Gas Contracts Manager, or a Maintenance Supervisor who is at the stage of their career to take a step upwards off the tools and into a managerial role.
