Job: Gas Planner Scheduler

Area: Barnet

Salary: 20.57 PH

My client a leading social housing provider are currently seeking a Gas Planner Scheduler to come on board for their housing reactive maintenance contracts.

Responsibilities for the role are:

• Liaising with supervisors and tenants
• Planning workloads for Gas Engineers
• Managing high volume calls from tenants in regard to repair issues
• Booking repairs with via phone/emails

What we are looking for:

• Strong administrative skills and ability operate a computerised database system
• Experience in working with Microsoft Office
• Experience gained within a social housing environment is beneficial

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus scheme
• Performance bonus

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
