Join this dynamic Integrity department at Wytch Farm, Europe's largest onshore oilfield, as they seek a skilled professional to contribute to pressure systems engineering and pipeline integrity management. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards for safety and reliability, ensuring the longevity of their operations. The position involves managing both surface integrity and buried pipelines on a top-tier COMAH site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key member of the Integrity team overseeing surface integrity and buried pipelines, adhering to Pressure Systems Safety Regulations and Pipeline Safety Regulations on a top-tier COMAH site.
- Serve as a 'safety leader,' prioritizing health, safety, and environmental considerations in all planning and execution of work.
- Provide technical support to various site functions, including Operations, Wells, Drilling & Maintenance.
- Offer engineering support to the site inspection engineer and embedded inspection contractor.
- Work with Pipeline Integrity Management Systems and the PSSR written scheme of examination.
- Conduct failure investigations and root cause analyses when necessary, developing remedial scopes of work.
- Maintain an effective RBI process to ensure robust inspection strategies are in place.
- Collaborate with other discipline engineers to create and review Management of Change proposals and project specifications.
- Contribute to the annual integrity review, identifying future inspection, risk, validation, and repair scopes of work.
- Develop and execute integrity projects as required, including pipeline remediation, pressure vessel & pipework repairs, etc.
- Manage key contractors' activities, reviewing work scopes and final reports, and implementing recommendations.

Key Requirements:
- Mechanical engineering degree-qualified
- CEng or working towards
- Ideally, 5-10 years' experience in the oil and gas industry or similar process-related industry.
- Diligent, hard-working, team player able to solicit help and cooperation from others.
