Maintenance Technician, Inverness, £30,000 to £35,000 per annum + Overtime

Maintenance Technician required to work on a static site alongside a well-established team who ensure all building services are working to a high standard.

The Maintenance Technician will be offered:

• Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 16:30pm + overtime available

The Maintenance Technician will be:

• Supporting gas and electrical engineers onsite
• Fabric maintenance including painting and joinery.
• Carrying out planned and reactive works including Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM's) and Building Maintenance
• Offering a high level of customer service onsite, dealing with clients and the public.
• Minor plumbing repairs to leaks and blockages.

The Maintenance Technician must have experience in:

• Minor Plumber
• General Maintenance Work
