JOB - Manufacturing Engineer LOCATION - Bournemouth TERM- PermanentSALARY - £30,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer on a permanent basis in the Bournemouth area with experience in the Manufacturing Industry. Your main duties will include assisting to implement new products within the manufacturing line as well as optimising manufacturing processes.The Manufacturing Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:

Your main duties will include assisting to implement new products within the manufacturing line as well as optimising manufacturing processes.The Manufacturing Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:
- Qualified in a relevant Engineering / Manufacturing Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant technical position.
- Working experience of manufacturing / production engineer in a mechanical, electro-mechanical or assembly manufacturing environment.
- Oversee process improvement and optimisation projects and responsibilities.
- Be responsible for the introduction of new machine tools.
- Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience working within a regulated manufacturing industry (Aerospace, Automotive, Medical Devices, Oil and Gas, Special Purpose Machinery etc.)
- Ability to work independently as well as team.
- Experience within CNC, CAM programming or similar processes - advantageous
- Oversea continuous improvement and process engineering responsibilities.
- Liaise with engineering and other departments to improve manufacturing.
- Oversee tooling introduction as well as jigs and fixtures.
- Train staff on introduced or updated processes.
- Liaise with other departments to help improve efficiency of the manufacturing processes.
- Lead the introduction of new machine tools.
