Mainstay is currently working with a well-established company who are looking for Mechanical Engineer in performing planned and reactive maintenance across a large single site within Nottingham. Role:
- As an Mechanical Engineer you will perform Planned preventive maintenance as well as reactive maintenance
- As an Mechanical Engineer you will perform Mechanical maintenance across many aspects on site including combi boilers, pipework, taps, toilets, heating systems
- You will also perform small installations across the site
- Part of your role will involve assisting in project planning, estimation, and stock control of critical Electrical /mechanical / building fabric spares
- As an electrical engineer you will ensure all work completed is compliant and in line with health and safety regulations
- You will also ensure that you offer great customer service
- As an Mechanical Engineer you must hold relevant qualifications within Mechanical engineerinstallations e.g. City & guilds level 3 in Plumbing and heating
- Holding a qualification in domestic gas would be an advantage
- You must have experience in a similar role performing maintenance across a large estate
- Good written and verbal communication is a must
- Must hold a full UK driving license
