Mechanical Gas Engineer
The ideal candidate should have:
Experience in site surveys, quality inspections, specifications, and schedules of work. Knowledge of mechanical appliances, heating and hot water systems, their maintenance, PPM, and refurbishments. Experience of carrying out surveys of mechanical installations and heating and hot water systems. Knowledge of evaluating risk assessments on the condition, lifecycle, and expiry of mechanical installations. Experience of report writing and providing oversight to mechanical appliances, heating and hot water systems, their maintenance, PPM, and refurbishments for a number of key clients. Knowledge of Building Services Manager (compliance) and Project Manager (projects/programmes) roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good organisational and time management skills.
The salary for this role is up to £40,000 and offers a generous pension scheme.
