THE OPPORTUNITY

Due to continued expansion, our client is seeking qualified Air Conditioning engineers with planned and reactive maintenance experience within a building services/FM environment. Working for one of the UK's leading Facilities Management providers, the role will cover commercial and retail premises across the South West region.

The ideal candidate would be a fully qualified A/C Refrigeration engineer with a proven track record of planned and reactive maintenance experience in a commercial environment preferably with some controls experience in Trend, Siemens, or general Building Management Systems.

Duties will include planned and reactive maintenance to a wide range of HVAC plant & equipment (VRV s, VRF s, Packs, Splits, AHU s etc) and the monitoring & support of other specialist sub-contractors/manufacturers where applicable.

Annual salary up to £38,000 plus overtime & standby allowance, company vehicle, pension, tools, PPE, mobile phone.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • NVQ Level 2 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent
  • F-Gas
  • 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations (Not essential)
  • Ability to carry out minor fabric and plumbing repairs
  • Full clean driving license
  • Building Services/Facilities Management background
