At Eni, we are looking for a n Offshore Installation Manager - OSI within Eni UK in Liverpool Bay. You will be responsible for managing platform emissions/waste according to Company policy and targets. Ensuring all installation personnel competency and training is effectively managed and maintained in accordance with all Regulatory and Company requirements.
As a member of the Field & Offshore department at Eni UK you will be responsible for :
• Maintaining Company reputation relating to all OSI operations.
• Ensuring full compliance with Eni MSGs, policies and practices, and applicable legislation and regulations.
• Ensure the safe and efficient management of LBA Offtake Tanker operations.
• Promoting a risk-based approach to maintenance and operations, technical specialists and HSE staff to manage risk.
• Achieving HSE performance against agreed targets and reporting as appropriate.
• Leading initiatives to promote visible and pro-active management commitment and employee involvement in HSE activities.
• Ensuring facility integrity is maintained as defined in the OSI Safety Case and WSE's.
• Resourcing, planning and execution of Planned Maintenance Routines.
• Reporting and resolution of critical equipment failures.
• Determining, in consultation with the LBA System Custodian/Technical Authorities, whether a critical equipment defect requires a SCRA (Safety Critical Risk Assessment) or ORA (Operational Risk Assessment). Participating and approving any such Risk Assessments.
• Ensuring safety critical competency is maintained at site.
• Ensuring all work and contractors comply with Eni MSGs, processes, and procedures.
• Identifying and rectifying process upsets that might encroach on safety/ environmental issues.
• Emergency Command and Control in accordance with the Emergency Response Plans.
• Enforcing the Permit to Work system, timely authorisation of all permits and revalidation.
• Enforcing and encouraging use of STOP to improve safety culture and behaviours.
• Leading/attending HAZOPS/HAZIDS/WPRA/Toolbox talks.
• Close liaising with key O&M Contractor onshore management team.
• Guides, coaches, and mentors team members to drive individual & team performance.
This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements :
• Marine background preferred.
• Significant oil and gas industry experience in offshore facility operations and maintenance, floating offshore installations.
• Leadership and management experience in an offshore installation
• Strong knowledge of the application of HSE management systems in an offshore hydrocarbon facility
• Certified (OPITO) in the Management of Major Emergencies
• Fully knowledgeable in relevant Regulatory requirements and Legislation (e.g. DCR, PUWER, HSW, ROGI, PFEER)
• Manage performance & provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective work relationships and foster strong networks with other leaders and peers.
• Offshore tanker offloading operations competency - Management experience of Offshore Installation offtake tanker operations.
• Compliance with all Mandatory and Statutory training requirements for Liverpool Bay as per HSE Competency Matrix
• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering, or equivalent marine qualification ideally with accreditation by a professional body.

• Certified to work offshore (BOSIET, OGUK Medical)
• Even time rotational position as required by Company, predominantly offshore.
• May need to work onshore as part of the rotation and/or for specific projects as required by Company.
