NES are recruiting for a Procurement Specialist on a contract basis. Rates negotiable.
Develop bidders lists and prequalify suppliers for mechanical and electrical packages
Manage tenders and bid evaluations, including ensuring that stakeholders meet deadlines for completion
Negotiate purchase contract terms and with support of internal and external legal personnel
Negotiate package pricing to ensure compliance with project budgets
Manage and expedite equipment deliveries to ensure compliance with project schedules
Attend project meetings as required
Support other group procurement activities as required including: maintenance contract negotiations, development of an approved global supplier list, supporting site operations.
Educated to degree level or equivalent with 5+ years' experience in procurement, contracts and supply chain management
Experience of project procurement
Data Centre knowledge beneficial
Good spoken and written communicator
Additional languages beneficial
