Purpose:

Work within the Projects group within the Contracts department co-ordinating assigned projects providing an interface between Customers and the Company.

Key Duties:

  • Project co-ordinate assigned orders
  • Liaise with all internal LBB departments regarding assigned orders.
  • Liaise with customer and/or customer representative regarding
  • assigned orders
  • Provide assistance with the creation of Project Plans for communication and control throughout Project
  • Ensure timely Order Status reporting
  • Improve current status reporting format in liaison with Client/LBB personnel.
  • Assist with monitoring Project actual costs against estimates
  • Maintain Project registers and files
  • Provide input for major Proposals, Re-Quotes, Clarifications, Change Orders
  • Identify and support process and system improvements
  • Co-ordinate client visits to Bentley facility
  • Maintain client visits to their facilities as required
  • Continue to support RMA system
  • On time end month reporting & presentations.

Knowledge, Skills Training & Experience:

MS software applications (Projects, Power Point, Word, Excel etc.), commercial, numerical, analytical, Preferably Oil / Gas / Energy industry experience. Basic manufacturing, planning, supply chain experience.
