Purpose:
Work within the Projects group within the Contracts department co-ordinating assigned projects providing an interface between Customers and the Company.
Key Duties:
- Project co-ordinate assigned orders
- Liaise with all internal LBB departments regarding assigned orders.
- Liaise with customer and/or customer representative regarding
- assigned orders
- Provide assistance with the creation of Project Plans for communication and control throughout Project
- Ensure timely Order Status reporting
- Improve current status reporting format in liaison with Client/LBB personnel.
- Assist with monitoring Project actual costs against estimates
- Maintain Project registers and files
- Provide input for major Proposals, Re-Quotes, Clarifications, Change Orders
- Identify and support process and system improvements
- Co-ordinate client visits to Bentley facility
- Maintain client visits to their facilities as required
- Continue to support RMA system
- On time end month reporting & presentations.
Knowledge, Skills Training & Experience:
MS software applications (Projects, Power Point, Word, Excel etc.), commercial, numerical, analytical, Preferably Oil / Gas / Energy industry experience. Basic manufacturing, planning, supply chain experience.
