JOB - Project ManagerLOCATION - GloucesterTERM- PermanentSALARY - £30,000-£40,000, dependent on experienceI am working with a reputable client who specialise in Engineering who are looking for a Project Manager to join their team in Gloucester on a permanent basis.The Senior Project Manager will ideally have the following attributes: 5 or more years of Project Management experience to Senior or near Senior level Hold PRINCE2 or a similar Project Management qualification An educational or hands-on background in Engineering or Civil Experienced in/knowledge of Oil & Gas or similar Energy/Process industries would be ideal but not required Technical Mechanical Engineering knowledge Be able to read engineering drawings Strong client-facing experience Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once and deliver results on time and budget Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Be able to work well individually as well as part of a team Be flexible to travel as requiredResponsibilities include:

- Identifying and managing full lifecycle projects, from bid generation to manufacture and delivery
- Successfully delivering projects on time and on budget
- Producing detailed works schedules, resource and projects plans
- Liaising with clients as required keeping them up to date with project progress
- Working with design, purchasing and production departments
- Presenting project plans and reports to management
- Reporting progress, managing risks and responding to issues
- Maintaining technical documentation as required
- Mentoring junior members of the team
- Occasional travel as required
