The Company

  • One of the leading recruitment consultancies in Bristol is looking for a Graduate Recruiter to join their high achieving team! This award winning business is continuing to grow due to their success and wish to bring in a number of motivated new recruits into their fun and busy office!
  • You will benefit from great training and development and become an expert in their specialist market, Technology Recruitment.

Day-to-day the Graduate Recruiter will:

  • Focus their attention on the attraction and placing of specialist technology candidates into an existing, UK wide, client base.
  • Communicate with people of all levels who are searching for new roles.
  • Develop skills to source candidates from a variety of mediums including specialist job boards and Linkedin.
  • Develop relationships with key decision makers within the customer base.
  • Work to deadlines to ensure placements are made and everyone is happy!

The perfect candidate for this Graduate Recruiter role will have:

  • Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality or anything similar.
  • A university degree or equivalent is beneficial but not essential.
  • The desire to work in an environment where money is a key motivator.
  • A strong work ethic and enjoy in a fast paced and challenging environment.
  • The ability to work in a team-focussed environment where everyone supports each other.
  • The desire to build a career with clear progression opportunities.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and like to have fun!
