JOB TITLE: Recruitment Consultant

LOCATION: The City, London

SALARY: 24-28k basic + commission, 1st Year OTE of 45k +, 2nd year OTE of 60 - 80k +

REQUIRED SKILLS: My client is looking for the highest calibre of graduate who are money motivated, sales driven and ambitious.

THE CANDIDATE:

Your academic track record will be impeccable. Having graduated from a top tier University with a 2:1 or higher, you will be looking for a challenge in a new environment. As a money motivated individual you will be motivated by financial reward and personal progression. As a given you will be extremely self - motivated, tenacious and competitive. A proven track record in sporting achievements is an advantage and an ability to demonstrate past successes a must. You must be a fantastic communicator and be able to speak to a number of different clients and candidates at any given time in an articulate manner.

This role is for those looking to be successful in an exciting and dynamic environment with like minded individuals.

Sales experience is beneficial - ideally my client is looking for a candidate with 6 - 12 months sales experience. If you don't have any sales experience, you should be able to show abilities through good sport or impressive achievements.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will embark on a rewarding journey to become a skilled talent acquisition professional. This role offers a comprehensive training program and the opportunity to work closely with experienced recruiters to develop your expertise in the field. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Learning the ins and outs of the recruitment industry and understanding the needs of both clients and candidates.
  • Assisting in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.
  • Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and talent availability.
  • Collaborating with the team to meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
