Do you have experience as a Planner / Scheduler, looking to join a well-established business within the social housing sector, where you will directly affect the trajectory of the company?

On offer is the opportunity to join an expanding business, giving you the chance to deal with council and private housing contracts, planning and scheduling routine, essential and emergency property maintenance works.

This company specialises with the renewable, gas and plumbing related works within the social housing sector. Through innovation and quality of service, they now require a Repairs Planner to plan repairs and maintenance requests to the relevant operative.

In this role, you will help the company continue its goals in tendering for new contracts, whilst also providing a brilliant service through ensuring all trades are readied and present on-sight and works completed in line with committed client completion dates.

The Role:
- Liaise with operatives, tenants and clients.
- Ensure trade skill sets and location parameters are working effectively.
- Liaise with in house and 3rd party engineers and tradesmen and council operatives to plan appointments, materials and logistics and re-organising of schedules.

The Applicant:
- Experience as a Planner / Scheduler.
- Experience in equivalent role within construction or social housing sector.
- working with repairs and maintenance in equivalent role and industry.
