Randstad C&P are recruiting on behalf of a leading facilities management client, committed to delivering exceptional service. Do you have substantial experience as an HVAC engineer and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service? Are you well-suited to a dynamic, mobile role, handling contracts in Glasgow? Then this is the opportunity for you. This is a full-time, permanent position covering contracts in Glasgow and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine planned, preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency breakdowns and client requests.
  • Carry out installations and upgrades as required.
  • Perform thorough inspections to identify potential issues and recommend improvements.
  • Keep accurate records of work carried out and parts used.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of an NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
  • F Gas 2079/2089 qualified
  • Commercial Gas Tickets (preferable not essential)
  • Experience with VRV's, VRF's, chillers, and air handling units
  • Have commercial experience in building services or FM background
  • Full UK driving licence
